- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfortunately my experience with this veterinary clinic is not a positive one. During a very difficult time the staff were rude, condescending and patronising. I was not taken seriously when I raised concerns over my pets health at that time and the front desk staff were not helpful or compassionate. I have made a complaint to the clinic and after being addressed intitally have not heard anything back going on ten days now, further demonstrating their appalling customer service.by Michelle JoubertDecember 03, 2017
