  This is one of the worst surgeries I have even encountered! I rang up saying I needed an appointment to get my results from the referral, then the receptionists said...nothing until middle of April and ring up on the day! yes this was said while I was on the phone and requesting an appointment for today! Absolutely useless! no regard to their patients at all! sounds like their receptionist need to go manners school!

  ALISON the lady who does my blood is a Fantastic nurse Best i have ever come across always pleasent goes that xtra mile when time permits ,and even reminds me when i have appointments via text message even then i sometimes forget ,the staff on the whole are great ,but vey annoying at times when you feel you need to see a doctor that week and are told that there is up to 2/3 weeks wait unless emergency ,but Alison will always fit me in to see her the nurse ,i appreciate they are busy but it is a common joke in the town that you have to try and pre book 3 weeks before you are ill.its not the staff fault and all doctors are really great ,i blame the goverment for not giving them more staff and money in there budgets !!!!!!!!!!! On the whole in saffron walden they are a great surgery and Alison the nurse is best ...in essex im sure unlike alot of nurses who leave you with split vains and bad bruising and no real care ...keep up the great work

  Last time I was waiting for almost half an hr until they saw me. And appointments must be booked on the day first thing in the morning otherwise making it that much more inconvenient.
